Recently I read an interesting article on net, I am giving below a gist of it. Any one who are interested in investing in Hyderabad real estate market should not miss this. There is some confusion in the Hyderabad real estate market, what will be the future, what effect will separate Telengana state will have on the real estate market.
There are 3 possibilities or outcomes for this issue.
One is a statusquo, Andhra Pradesh remains one and same and there wont be any change. So there is no problem, Indian economy is booming, Property prices else in India are going up, unlikely Hyderabad real estate market has not taken off, it is at a very reasonable rates, so they have to go up once the confusion is cleared.
Second one is seperate Telangana state is carved out of Andhra Pradesh and Hyderabad is made capital of it. As of now it is observed by every one that Hyderabad is contributing almost one third of the Andhra Pradesh revenue. It may come down a little bit once seperate Telengana state is made. But the advantage is that it will be spent on a small area that is telengana so the development will be more and in the initial years more money will be spent on Hyderabad city itself so the city is bound to develop in leaps and bounds, so again the real estate prices have to go up.
Third possibility as few of them talking about is declaring Hyderabad a union territory, then it is much better all the revenue generated in Hyderabad will remain in Hyderabad and will be invested in the improvement of the city so again the real estate prices have to go up.
The present situation is best time to invest in hyderabad market as the prices are within reach of many. Invest in real estate and take advantage of the present confusion and be an early bird this time.
