BOOM BOOM Gone?

Hyderabad is a very affordable city, land rates are cheap, Land is sold in Sq. Yards where as it is already in Sq. feet in other big cities. But it is past. Land prices got wings and they are scaling great heights. There seems to be some slow down, there are lot of sellers who are not interested in reducing the prices and there are only few buyers. Present situation is in stalemate. Due to inflation and high cost of construction flat and house prices also had gone up. Average price in city is around Rs. 3500 - Rs. 4500 per sft and in out skirts it is approx Rs. 2000 - Rs. 2500 per sft.
